Our Story
Credit Management Resources, LLC was founded by Irwin M. Berman to provide small and medium-size businesses, professional corporations, and their principals with the same caliber of financial advisory expertise previously available only to large corporations. With over 30 years of commercial banking experience, Mr. Berman brings a unique combination of analytical rigor and practical business acumen to every client engagement.

Founder & Principal Advisor
Irwin Berman has over 30 years experience in commercial banking, primarily in credit administration, loan structuring, underwriting, and working out commercial and real estate loans across many different industries.
Mr. Berman possesses two valuable skills: First, as a career banker, he has evaluated and worked with thousands of businesses, professional corporations and their principals to develop financing opportunities to increase cash flow and enhance their stakeholders' interests. And second, he has actually run a $1 Billion business (which happened to be a bank) and was responsible for virtually all issues that any business owner deals with.
For over three decades, Mr. Berman has been reviewing and analyzing businesses' financial information, developing strategies for complex problems and identifying opportunities to increase profit and cash flow.
